A corner gauge is a handy tool for all cross stitchers. It helps you easily find your starting point if you are beginning your project from the corner (instead of the centre).

The quote "Because I said sew" is engraved on to this wooden corner gauge. It has 5 different starting points (1",1.5", 2", 2.5" and 3"). Simply place the square on the corner of your fabric and mark your starting point with a pin.

-Made from 4mm thick Beech veneered MDF which is sanded by hand, leaving a lovely smooth finish
-Measures 3" square
-It will be made especially for you in our workshop in Gloucester, UK

I have several laminated paper corner gauge tools; they’ve all gotten bent through use over the years. This one should avoid that pitfall! I like the inner corner marks and holes for the different sizes and I especially like that it has the in-between sizes (1.5” and 2.5”) that aren’t commonly found.
