Shipping policy

We ship from the United Kingdom to most countries using DHL Express and Royal Mail. DHL Express offers our fastest shipping time with the most comprehensive tracking. 

Shipping times vary by country and service that you select, DHL Express will always be the fastest but Royal Mail offer a lower cost alternative for small and light items, heavier items must be sent DHL Express.

Estimated shipping times are shown in the table below, sometimes we need up to three working days before shipping your order as everything is hand made by us.

If you choose DHL Express Delivery, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD) and will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time. If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment. What if something goes wrong?

Unfortunately sometimes shipments go missing or are damaged in the postal system. In this case we will always help you out. DHL and Royal Mail provide a number of working days before they will class a shipment as lost. This depends on the service used and the destination.
