✨ Clear Acrylic Bobbins
Our original bobbins, made from 3mm clear Perspex® cast acrylic, with the crisp transparent finish many Pip & Chip customers already know and love.

Both versions have the same Pip & Chip shape and size, our signature colour-matched printed swatch and number, and the same thin slit for securing your thread.

Two finishes. Same Pip & Chip quality.

WHITE MOULDED
- Smooth matte white finish
- Rounded edges
- Consistent 3mm thickness
- Made in-house
- No protective film to remove

CLEAR ACRYLIC
- Clear glossy finish
- Made from 3mm Perspex® cast acrylic
- Our original Pip & Chip acrylic finish
- Protective film to remove

Both are designed to fit the same Pip & Chip storage systems and foam inserts.

What is the sample box for?
This little box has been created for anyone who would like to compare the two materials before choosing their bobbin collection. You can see the finishes side by side, feel the difference for yourself and check compatibility with your existing storage.

Glad to know I can order replacements so when I lose one the set will remain complete. It’s also nice to know I can order custom ones as well.

Love the sample with 2 choices, the solid white bobbin and the clear bobbin. Each of them have the number and color of a DMC Floss printed on them. They look and feel very durable! A small sample of the foam insert was also included and the bobbins fit in it well. Thank you and I look forward to getting a set of the white bobbins!

An essential for anyone with the DMC wooden box. So helpful with my order and was sent out the day after I bought it!

It is a little wider than a traditional bobbin and does not fit easily in a bobbin box. But very clearly marked and well made.

great thank you so much

Bought the sample pack to see the quality, and these bobbins are fantastic - thick and sturdy and the print does not look like it will come off. The foam is dense and the bobbin sits inside perfectly. Will definitely be buying the complete set, along with Bisley cupboard, as soon as finances allow.
