This listing is for WHITE 3mm acrylic bobbins with our signature colour swatch. It is the full set of DMC, divided up into 6 smaller sets for you to collect over time.

You can chose from the following 6 sets:

Set 1: Numbers 1 to 304
Set 2: Numbers 307 to 598
Set 3: Numbers 600 to 816
Set 4: Numbers 817 to 972
Set 5: Numbers 973 to 3771
Set 6: Numbers 3772 to 3866 (plus duplicates for 310, White, Ecru & B5200)

Each of the Sets in this listing has 84 bobbins.

Details:

Each bobbin measures 38mm (h) x 40mm (w)
Manufactured with premium 3mm Perspex® Cast Acrylic, made in the UK and selected for quality.
Can hold a full 8m skein of floss
Precision cut thin slits to securely hold the end of the floss = no unravelling!

You will receive a total of 84 white acrylic bobbins with the DMC colour swatch and number printed.

Please note that any foam inserts and thread seen in the photos are NOT included.

Important Care Notes:

Each bobbin comes with a protective film on the back; we recommend removing it, but you can leave it on if preferred.
Do not use alcohol-based cleaners or wipes, as these can cause crazing (fine cracks) in the acrylic over time

These are incredibly well made. They acrylic is not flimsy and the edges are not very sharp either. The colors match the thread better than I expected. They fit perfectly next to each other with the foam inserts. Plus shipping was so much faster than I expected. Absolutely will be buying again from them!!

Thick, quality, well made bobbins that will definitely last me my whole stitching career. The only thing I didn’t consider is that they’re wider than the ones I used before so now I have to decide if I want to upgrade my storage box.

They look great. I need to order a larger sized foam (with 3 mm cutouts), but I am very excited to get to bobbinating!

Now to buy all the other variegated colours.

The quality of the bobbins are amazing. I would say 95% of the colour pics match the actual thread colour. I had a few I had lost my number stickers but after I was done with the new bobbins I could figure which belonged to the unknowns. Except two pink colours that’s where the colours didn’t match exactly. So I gotta go back to Michael’s to figure them out. The bobbin fits so well in the foam insert. I’m in love. Someone is inheriting an amazing CS collection from me!!

I love them. It feels so good to be organized. I guess visually I feel more organized. I have my bobbins organized like the DMC chart book. I love my 10 drawer Geolong cabinet from Staples here in Canada. (Way cheaper than Bisley) Extra drawers to organize my CS supplies! The foam I setts fit PERFECTLY!!!

I had some issues with DHL the delivery company but Debbie was so quick in helping me get that sorted.

I did buy extra bobbins for the étoiles and metallics. So now I have to buy one more foam insert. I didn’t consider that when originally ordering. FYI considering the additional costs, shipping, exchange rate and tax & duty fees. I’m a happy girl!

I don't even know where to begin. These bobbins are absolutely amazing! They are thick, sturdy, have the color number and color itself printed onto them. No worries about stickers coming off or ink pens smearing. Shipping was really fast and I cannot say enough how in love with these bobbins I am.
