wanted to step up my bobbins and decided to get the clear acrylic ones and I tell you I am very very impressed with quality of them 👌 I will be buying more slowing to swap over my cardboard ones. delivery was holy moly did you slig shot them over arrived in a day or two in perfect condition. I deffo want the other bits you do especially the foam inserts and chart.

I purchased an order from Pip and Chip on the same day that I purchased a Bisley on Amazon and somehow, the Pip and Chip order arrived earlier than the Amazon order! Needless to say, incredibly fast shipping. The quality is also fantastic - I didn’t realize how flimsy my existing bobbins were until I opened the Pip and Chip bobbins! They’re really sturdy, great at holding the loose ends of thread, and are so beautiful and satisfying to look at!

Debbie made a custom insert for my small cross-stitch tin, it fits the bobbins very nicely and I love the look of all the neat coloured bobbins with the little stickers on them. Great customer service and very quick!

items arrived in a timely manner, they are great quality. the slits hold the thread fantastically. couldn't recommend enough if you're using floss cards alot these are definitely worth it to stop the ripping of cardboard ones :)

Bobbins are exactly as described and come packaged very securely which helps avoid any nicks in the plastic that could harm floss. Much sturdier than other bobbins I’ve seen and completely transparent/clear as described.
Delivery was great from the seller’s side but had a few problems with Royal Mail (not their fault and has happened with other packages). Would recommend offering non-Royal Mail delivery options - if these are already available I’m sorry I mustn’t have seen!
